The first of four E-Learning Sessions on Local Planning as organized bt the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines (ULAP).

With the theme "Institutionalizing Databases for more Accurate and Responsive Local Development Planning" the first session aims to apprise LGUs on new policies, systems, and tools relevant to planning focused on database development and automation.
